REACH: Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals

REACH (1907/2006/EG) is an EU regulation which entered into force on 1st June 2007 and is addressing the production and use of chemical substances on the basis of an SVHC candidate list (SVHC = Substances of Very High Concern).

Our products do not contain any substance of the SVHC candidate list in a concentration greater than 0.1% by mass.

NCD – SVHC Declaration of Compliance

Within the meaning of REACH NCD is exclusively a “downstream user”. Our products are exclusively products that do not release substances under standardized conditions of use. Our products are non-chemical articles not intended to release any substance under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.

NCD – REACH Position Statement

We will inform our customers immediately in accordance with REACH Art. 33, if ingredients of our products (with a content of> 0.1% by mass) are classified as of very high concern by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). However, we do not expect this to happen.

In addition, we also refrain from using decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE),  perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) and persistent organic pollutants (POP).
