Unfortunately, we are not able to do ground-up design work. The product line we offer represents our pallet of design options. Please note, all orders must be placed on our web site. We accept credit cards, purchase orders, and PayPal. If you are a purchasing agent having problems placing a order on our web site, please clarify all parts and product options with the engineer who is requesting procurement. - Scroll to the bottom of the page and look carefully at the left side.

Before contacting us with an order status request, please note that we require 2-5 business days to process most orders. For Wireless Sensors, the lead time is 7-10 Business days. Large orders can take 5 or more business days. We will contact you with any delays after your order has been reviewed by our manufacturing department. We understand some orders are time sensitive; however, it is not possible for us to accelerate the manufacturing process. If we do not have a resource you are looking for, please use this option to request any of the following resources:

- If you need a code sample (we will do our best, but these take time).

The following resources are not available:
- We do not have 3-D renderings of our products.
- We do not publish our board files at this time.

Please use this option if you need to purchase a large quantity of product (100 pieces or more). Due to the time requirements of quoting large quantities, we only provide quotes to existing customers who have evaluated our product. If you would like to become a distributor for our products, please use the Distributor Request contact option below. Please click here to submit a high-volume purchase inquiry.
If you would like to distribute our products, we may be able to help. We require all distributors to have an established sales mechanism in place, such as a web site, or sales representatives who are capable of properly representing our company. You will be required to submit a working link to your online store, or submit advertising examples, or other proof of order processing capabilities before proceeding. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $20,000 will be required to open a new distributor account (which will be credited toward your future purchases). It is required to maintain a yearly purchase volume of at least $20,000 to maintain distributorship of NCD products.
