NCD.io Account Deletion

For any number of reasons you might want to delete your ncd.io cloud account.

If you’d like to permanently leave NCD.io Cloud, you can delete your account from the App. The ability to delete an account and its data is in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How to Delete my Account

  1. Open the ncd.io Cloud app on your mobile device and log in.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click Delete my account.
  4. To confirm account deletion enter your username.
