Step 1: Open the Lock

First thing you need to do to stop the DigiKey Blocked 404 error is take a look at your cookies.  Google Chrome has a few places where you can examine cookies, but the only place this will be effective is to open the cookies located in the “Lock” icon.  This problem is caused by corrupt cookies on your web browser, which are likely due to updates on the DigiKey web site, which are conflicting with older versions of the web site.  We will need to take a look at the Cookies by clicking on the “Lock” in Google Chrome.  Next, select “Cookies”.
